Social safety training

For everyone who works in the music industry.

What will you learn in this training?

In a four-hour interactive session, participants will work on:

  • Recognizing transgressive behavior and abuse of power.

  • Skills to act in an empathic and trauma-sensitive manner.

  • To create a safe and respectful working environment

The training is for anyone who works both in front of and behind the scenes in the music industry. Because no two organizations are the same, we always tailor the training to individual needs, for small teams, large organizations, managers, and freelancers.

Practical information

Fairspace schedules an intake interview beforehand to ensure the training meets the organization's expectations. This interview will include discussions about the organization's atmosphere and culture, as well as relevant case studies.

 

In addition, participants will receive a short introduction in advance

questionnaire. To gain insight into their experiences,

expectations and learning needs.
